These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Manik Metal Store, operating its e‑commerce website ManikMetal.com ("Website", "we", "us", "our"), and any person who visits, accesses, registers on, or purchases products through the Website ("you", "user", "customer"). 2) Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

3) Product Information & Legal Metrology

For any pre‑packaged commodity, the Website will display mandatory declarations (e.g., name, MRP (inclusive of all charges), net quantity & unit, month/year of manufacture/packing/import, name & address of manufacturer/packer/importer, country of origin for imports, and consumer care contact). If there is any discrepancy between the Website and the product label, the label governs.

4) Prices, GST Status & Invoicing (Composition Dealer)

  • Prices shown are final prices payable for the product and include all charges applicable to you. As a composition dealer, we do not charge/collect GST from you and do not issue GST tax invoices. Instead, we issue a Bill of Supply (physical at delivery/pickup and/or digital) as proof of sale.

  • Business buyers should note that input tax credit (ITC) is not available on purchases from a composition dealer.

  • Prices may change without prior notice. The price applicable is the one at the time you place the order.

5) Orders, Acceptance & Cancellations

  • Your order is an offer to buy. We accept your order only on dispatch or on written confirmation (SMS/WhatsApp/email) along with an invoice/dispatch note.

  • We may refuse or cancel any order (with full refund, if paid) due to stock unavailability, pricing/typographical errors, suspected fraud, or regulatory restrictions.

  • Customer cancellation: You may cancel before dispatch at no charge. If you cancel after dispatch but before delivery, we may deduct actual two‑way logistics/handling charges incurred.

  • Seller cancellation: If we cancel after acceptance (e.g., stock‑out), we will refund 100% of the amount paid.

6) Payments & Security

  • We accept UPI, cards, net‑banking, and Cash on Delivery (where offered). Online payments are processed by RBI‑regulated payment aggregators/payment gateways.

  • You authorize us and our payment partners to verify and debit your chosen payment method. We do not store full card data on our servers.

7) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • Service area: Primarily Raipur city limits and nearby areas (subject to confirmation at checkout).

  • Timelines: Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout; delays may occur due to logistics, weather, or operational issues. We will keep you informed.

  • Risk: Risk of loss passes on delivery to your address (or on handover at store pickup). Please inspect the package at delivery and report visible damage immediately on the delivery slip/app and to +91 9329739033.

8) Returns, Replacements & Refunds (10‑Day Window)

We follow a fair return policy to comply with Indian consumer law while accounting for the nature of metal goods.

Eligibility window: 10 calendar days from the date of delivery for eligible items.

Eligible reasons:

  • Transit damage (report visible damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video);

  • Products without original packaging/accessories or with signs of heavy use not consistent with inspection.

Process:

  • Products may carry a manufacturer warranty where applicable. Warranty terms appear on the product page/packaging.

14) Limitation of Liability
